KnightMUN XXIV Registration Policy

KnightMUN will offer multiple forms of payment to facilitate the needs of each school. Schools can choose to pay either by check or online through our payment service. Delegations paying by check will be emailed with further instructions upon registration. Online payments will be emailed an invoice via Square.
Just like last year, KnightMUN XXIV is offering different ways for payment to offer flexibility to schools.
Registration will open September 8th and invoices will be sent out starting this date, you can pay in one or two installments depending on what you choose. You will get sent a committee preference sheet along with your invoice.
On October 25th, payments will be due and registration will close. This is the last day that you will be able to get a refund for any delegates or delegation that drop, after October 25th there will be no refunds for delegates or delegation.
At least 50% of your invoice will need to be paid by October 25th to reserve your spot in the conference.
Committee Assignments will be provided October 25th if 50% of your invoice is paid for by then. If you need to add delegates before or after October 25th, please contact us to make the change.
KnightMUN XXIV Prices
Delegation Fee - $45
Delegate Fee - $55 (per delegate)
Title I Schools will get a discount of $10 per delegate. Please reach out once you get your invoice if you are a Title I school and would like to receive the discount.
Schools with 6 or less delegates won't be charged the Delegation Fee and will not be considered for delegation awards. Delegates will still be considered for individual awards. Email us if you would like this to change.
KnightMUN XXIV Check-In
Delegations have from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm to check in on the first day of the conference. There will be signage to direct you to the registration desk. You will get nametags and any required materials. There is currently no set building for check-in
During check-in, staffers will ensure that your payment is up-to-date and accept any remaining payment or issue refunds if needed. At check-in we will take an count of your delegation and advisors for accountability purposes to ensure check-in is as smooth and fast for you as possible
